Users of Halswell's library, summer pool and community centre are invited to give feedback on the new facility.

Before the Te Hāpua: Halswell Centre opened its doors in November 2015 the local community were asked what they wanted. Now Christchurch City Council wants to hear how well the $23 million facility has met their expectations and what could be improved.

An online survey has been launched and will be live until May 20.

At just over 3000 square metres the community facility in south-west Christchurch includes a library, several large meeting rooms for community use and a customer service desk. Outside is a 5000 square metre area with a swimming pool open in summer. It is the first time the Council has combined so many facilities for local residents under one roof.
