Soak under the stars at new hot pools experience

Watch your favourite film under the stars with the hottest new experience at He Puna Taimoana this month.

Lay back and relax in a custom-made floating hammock while a movie plays on the big screen in the latest hot pool experience.

The Starlight Cinema Soak will be on for the month of October, with the first session on Thursday 9 October.

“The cinema soak has been on our ‘dream board’ since the pools opened,” says He Puna Taimoana Manager Merryn Skipper.  

“Our team loves to create new experiences, and we’re excited to open our latest addition to the public and let our residents enjoy a relaxing film under the stars.”

Starlight Cinema Soak will be on at He Puna Taimoana hot pools on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, with the sessions starting on 9 October and running until 26 October.

The night time experience joins the popular Sunrise Soak and monthly full moon parties.

“We now have a trio of experiences this season to enhance your well-being and immerse yourself in our seaside environment,” Ms Skipper says.

“Enjoy popcorn in the pool and come along to our cinema soak as a hot date or with a group of friends.”

Starlight cinema soak is an adult only experience (16+). Tickets are $45 per person. Tickets are available online.
