People whose wheelie bins are normally emptied on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will need to remember to put their bins out a day later next week.

Anzac Day means some changes to next week's wheelie bin collection service.

The kerbside rubbish collection service will not be operating on Wednesday 25 April as it is Anzac Day.

Due to the public holiday, wheelie bins collected normally on a Wednesday will be picked up on Thursday 26 April instead. Thursday’s collections will be picked up on Friday 27 April and Friday’s collections will be picked up on Saturday 28 April.

There is no change to collections on the Monday and Tuesday prior to Anzac Day.

If you are affected by the change in collection days, please make sure you have your bins placed on the kerb by 6am on the day they are due to be emptied as usual.
